Pre-Registration for RCFM 2009
Pre-registration for Rocket City Furmeet 2009 will open on January 3rd, 2009 and close on May 15th, 2009. After that point, the only way to register for the convention will be at the door. Until pre-registration closes, you can register online (suggested), or by mail using the registration form. Any forms or payments received after May 15th, 2009 will be considered delinquent and charged full price at the door.
Rocket City FurMeet welcomes members of all ages. However, for the safety and peace of mind for our attendees and staff, we must request that all attendees under 18 have a signed and notarized Parental Consent Form on file with Rocket City Furmeet or a parent or guardian present with them at registration. Minor attendees will not be allowed to attend certain events at Rocket City Furmeet which may contain adult language or themes.
Attendees age 13 and under must have a parent or guardian present when they check in at the convention AND on site for the duration of the convention. Attendees 10 and under must be accompanied by their parent or guardian at all times. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this is for the safety of all attendees as well as the convention itself.

The following membership levels will be available for attendees:
Spirit Members (Non-Attending) - ($15.00)
For those who would like to support Rocket City Furmeet but cannot attend the convention. And we'll even mail you a conbook in a bag of schwag! (Sorry, but there are extra mailing costs for any location outside the USA.)
“Spirit Members are our friends from other countries or friends who otherwise would love to come visit us, but cannot. We understand these friends can’t be here with us physically, so our Spirit Membership is just for them! Each Spirit Member receives a convention badge, a convention book, and conbag that will be mailed to them. Our Spirit Members are encouraged to send us a photo of themselves, their fursona, or their Second Life avatar. This photo will be displayed in a prominent place during the convention, and signed by Rocket City FurMeet Staff and friends from our online communities. We value our members, both at our convention and in spirit.”
Single-Day ($20.00)
A single day membership allows you admission to the convention for a single day. You are entitled to take part in all activities of the convention for the day on which you purchase your membership. You also get a copy of the official RCFM conbook.
Attending ($35.00 until May 15th, 2009, $40.00 at the door)
An attending level membership grants you admission to the convention for the full three days. You are entitled to take part in all the activities of the convention open to attending level members. You also get the official RCFM conbook and bag-o-schwag!
Sponsoring ($45.00 until May 15th, 2009, $50.00 at the door)
A sponsoring level membership grants you admission to the convention for the full three days. You are entitled to take part in all the activities of the convention open to attending and sponsoring members, and you will receive a special RCFM T-shirt in addition to your conbook and schwag-bag!
Super-Sponsoring ($75.00 until May 15th, 2009, $90.00 at the door)
A super-sponsoring level membership grants you admission to the convention for the full three days. You are entitled to take part in all the activities of the convention open to attending, sponsoring and super-sponsoring members, and you will receive a special RCFM T-shirt, the conbook and schwag-bag, an exclusive 8 1/2" x 11" color print autographed by our Artist Guest of Honor, a free Avatar from the RCFM Den in Second Life, and a Chinese buffet lunch with the Guests of Honor at the New China Buffet III!
Booster ($140.00 until May 15th, 2009, $160.00 at the door)
Our booster-level members are our most honored supports. Booster level membership grants you admission to the convention for the full three days. You are entitled to take part in all the activities of the convention open to attending, sponsoring, super-sponsoring and booster members, and you will receive a special RCFM T-shirt, the conbook and schwag-bag, an exclusive 8 1/2" x 11" color print autographed by our Guest of Honor, a free Avatar from the RCFM Den in Second Life, a Chinese buffet lunch with the Guests of Honor at the New China Buffet III, an invitation to the Head Cat's Booster Appreciation Party, front row seating at all the popular events in the RCFM Event Room, a booster exclusive 8 1/2" x 11" color print autographed by the Artist Guest of Honor, a special Boosters' Sunday Brunch, admission to the exclusive Boosters' Lounge, and a private stock of selected beverages and snacks!
