The $109 per-night RCFM room rate is only available for reservation dates between Monday, May 24th, and Thursday, June 2nd. (Whether it's a one-night stay, a twleve-night stay, or anything in between.)

Just so you know, the regular room rate is $169 per night. Compare this to the special RCFM room-rate of $109/night, and we're getting a GREAT deal!
All regular suite rooms are $109.00 per night at the RCFM room rate, which does not include specialty suites such as the Executive or Mayor's Suites. Each additional adult after the first (or second for double occupancy) will have an additional charge of $10.00 per person. Everyone staying in the room must be noted on the reservation in order to receive the complimentary breakfast and/or Manager's Reception.

Attendees have the choice of a room with 2 double beds or a single king-sized bed. (Check out the photos link below to see these rooms!) All guests are encouraged to join the Hilton Honors Rewards program when booking to earn points toward future stays and items from Hilton Hotels Corporation. All rooms also have a full-sized pull-out sofa. All rooms have the following features:

As mentioned above, each room at the RCFM room rate also has complimentary high-speed internet access. This is provided via the choice of either wired or wireless connection.
The hotel will also include a complimentary breakfast from 6:00am until 10:30am each day featuring made to order omelets and breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet also offers Vegan Sausage and Vegan Bacon for those who prefer vegetarian items.
Each night (including weekend nights), ALL REGISTERED HOTEL GUESTS will be able to enjoy the nightly Manager's Reception! The Manager's Reception features COMPLIMENTARY beer, wine and other drinks - as well as featuring several hot appetizers and snacks. What other con offers you FREE BEER, eh? :D Guests must be 18 to attend the reception and 21 to drink at the bar. ID is required to attend, as enforced by the hotel staff.

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the Huntsville Airport to assist attendees who will be arriving by air for the convention.
The hotel has a nicely appointed exercise room and a beautiful indoor pool that is open from 6:00am until 11:00pm. These are available for the use of all RCFM attendees who are staying in a room at the Embassy Suites hotel.
There is a small coffee shop; named Caffeina's located inside the main lobby serving Starbucks coffee and drinks, as well as offering sodas and other sundries. The shop is open from 5am until 10pm each day.
The hotel has a day spa; the Spa Botanica is available to guests 16 and older during their stay at the Embassy. They offer a wide variety of treatments from facials to full body massages and wraps. Additional fees apply for Spa services, and guests are asked to make an appointment to ensure the best quality of service.
The hotel also features a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse serving a full menu during lunch and dinner. There is a small banquet room available for groups that make reservations ahead of time. Ruth's Chris also prepares the breakfast buffet each morning.
