This year's Art Show will be exhibiting some very fine pieces from local and national artists. Almost all pieces will be sold in a silent auction throughout the weekend.
If you would like to sell your art in the Art Auction, please fill out the Art Show Master Control Sheet and either email it to Illya or mail it to the address below. Artists attending the convention can bring the art with them to the Art Show Room during setup time and hang their art upon arrival, as well as being paid for sales that weekend on Sunday after the show closes. If an artist does not attend the convention, payment and unsold/display art will be mailed to artists 1-4 weeks after the convention.
First time exhibitors are charged a $10 deposit on reserving art panels. Deposits may be mailed to the address above or sent via PayPal to brodyqc@gmail.com. Once the art is received (either through the mail or personally delivered at the beginning of the convention), the deposit is refunded.
RCFM, Inc. collects 10% of all Art Show sales: 8% tax and 2% hanging/rental fees.
Artists wishing to claim a panel for display, not sales, must pay a flat $10 fee per panel. A panel shall be deemed "display" if the majority of items on it are not for sale.
